I am thrilled to be announcing the upcoming release of the DVD Box “25 Classic Piano Concertos” by EuroArts Music International. This extensive DVD collection highlights some of the greatest piano concertos the core classical music canon offers, with performances by some of the most eminent pianists of our time, including Martha Argerich, Daniel Barenboim, Menahem Pressler, and many more. As the author of the extensive booklet containing 25 individual texts on the piano concertos listed in the box as well as an extensive essay on the topic of “The interpretation paradox. Searching for interpretation”, I am especially proud to also see my CD with works by Franz Liszt and Franz Schubert chosen as a Bonus on this special edition. Besides the interesting and unique texts on each piano concerto you will also find various examples with scores printed in the booklet for a better understanding of the text. The combination of the best of the best musicians and a unique booklet explaining to you many details of the respective pieces, makes this unique product stand out on the classical music market.
